DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPUTER AND TECHNOLOGY
Generally speaking, technology is the concept of creating something.
Consider it as like blueprint, tools, raw
materials and manual how to build a house.
Technology is algorithm.
Computer is either result of this algorithm (if you produce computers on a factory) , or its component (if you use computers to produce rubber ducks for bath), or even both (computer-controlled machinery assembles computers).

A computer is a type of technology just as a dog is a type of animal.
Technology is any
human generated tool to be used to solve problems. A pencil is technology. A
coal burning stove is technology.
In our modern context, however, the concept of technology carries a more specific connotation of "digital technology" which includes
* networks (such as the internet), wireless communications (everything from cell networks to WiFi and Bluetooth down to "near field" that allows you to swipe your phone near a receiver to transmit data)
* devices such as computers, tablets, phones, watches, and internet enabled "things" like appliances
* software ranging from operating systems to apps, from educational programs to missile control systems.
* data streams such as records of financial transactions, phone records, web clicks, license applications and more, where analysis can yield interesting results
* robots and digital control systems, from manufacturing and fabrication to self driving cars
* multimedia such as streaming videos, internet phone calls, and digital techniques used to make movies like Avatar and The Hobbit.
All of these, and more, are considered technology. A computer is in only one of these categories.
